My wife and I recently bought our first home, a townhouse in Charlotte, and were getting ready to move in. While I was at Sherwin-Williams trying to figure out the right shade of white for the walls, I randomly met Gizmo. Not long after that, our original painter backed out at the last minute. With a baby on the way and a tight timeline, we needed help fast. I reached out to Gizmo, and he came by the very next day. He walked through the entire place, gave us an estimate on the spot, and was willing to take on a big job. Painting the entire townhouse, removing popcorn ceilings, installing drywall, demoing the kitchen, and painting the nursery. What really stood out was the timing. This all happened over Thanksgiving week, and Gizmo was a lifesaver. His team started the next day, worked hard, moved quickly, and still paid attention to the details. Everything was finished in just over a week. There’s a big difference between someone who just shows up and someone who can be relied on when it actually matters. Gizmo and Omar are amazing! They completed a job I just started before I injured my arm. They were at my house within 2 days of my call. Gizmo purchased the paint before he came to the house, saving me an extra trip to the store. Once here, Omar and Gizmo knocked out 2 coats of white over one brighter and one darker color. They came back the next day to add a third coat to the walls with the brighter color. Very satisfied with the transformation, the quality of work, and the customer service! Will definitely call again!
